Lead Stryker’s growing Corporate and Commercial Indirect Procurement (IP) purchasing (Coupa) operations and transformation to deliver best in class, efficient and complaint purchasing processes, enable data driven performance metrics and continuous improvement roadmap.This role and team frequently interfaces with various IT, Finance, Division, and group disciplines/stakeholders.
This position is responsible for delivering intended value from the system and provides sourcing and analytical support to the commercial and corporate procurement organization.
This team is responsible for all RUN activities, stakeholder in all new global template process designs, all enhancements, add-ons and continuous improvement of the solution. This role manages a team of Commercial and Corporate indirect buyers and Coupa Administrators located in the US, Costa Rica, Netherlands, and Poland, supporting more than 15,000 system users and various IP team members and stakeholders around the world. This role is critical to the ongoing deployment and evolution of Coupa and advancement of enterprise indirect procurement strategies to reduce inefficiencies, improve compliance, reduce cost, and deliver value. The Coupa Operations Senior Manager is responsible for Commercial and Corporate indirect procurement’s global purchasing system (Coupa), team and related procedures, policies, KPI’s, reporting, audit, governance, and compliance activities supporting the execution and delivery of IP’s business objectives. People who implement process improvements and leverage the talent of their team to consistently increase performance and productivity.
